Beach Rentals began in 1995 when a couple who were new homeowners, came to us seeking assistance in the administration
and rental of their new vacation home. One happy owner led to another
and Playa Beach Rentals is now a full service vacation rental and
property management company. All of
our homes are well maintained and secure and must meet a high standard
of quality to be included in our rental pool selection.
Located in either the beach front community of Playacar Phase I
or in the section known as Playacar Phase II, situated on or around
the 18 Hole Championship Von Hagge Golf Course, each of our select
homes are just a short stroll to bustling downtown Playa del Carmen
as well as the beautiful Mexican Caribbean with it's powdery white
beaches. We now also have select homes located in the nearby areas of Puerto Aventurous, Playa del Secreto and Tulum. Why spend another vacation in a hotel room? We think we
