 Just
a 10 minute drive to pristine beaches and downtown Playa del Carmen,
Casa Alfa is the perfect spot for your family reunion, getaway for
a small group of friends or for the executive retreat that wants
both privacy and the ultimate in luxury. Designed to sleep up to
10 comfortably, there are ample common areas for eating, conferences,
swimming or just relaxing. Though Casa Alfa has 3 bedrooms, the
living space of over 3500 sq. ft. allows even larger groups to be
accommodated without feeling cramped.
As you enter the vacation rental home look up at the Mayan thatch
roof two stories above you and then notice that all the woodwork
in the house (windows and doors) was handmade by Mayan craftsmen.
The three bedrooms are spacious and are located on the second floor
along with a second living room lined with windows and housing the
entertainment center. Two of the bedrooms have balconies for sitting
and enjoying. Downstairs there is another living room where you
can enjoy the view of our secluded and beautiful backyard garden
and private swimming pool. The first floor also houses the dining
room (the table seats 10 comfortably) and is window-lined. The kitchen
is full service and has an additional table for six.
 We
provide full laundry facilities on-site and a caretaker lives in
an apartment at the back of the house for security and to make your
stay more enjoyable. Our private Club Real community also has 24
hour guard security and boasts a tree lined path leading to two
tennis courts and two additional pools with thatched roof covering,
bar area and bathrooms. These areas are great for parties and get-togethers.
We provide a couple of tennis rackets and bicycles. Additional bicycles
and motor scooters can be easily rented in town.
Our guests can enjoy the facilities of the Reef Club Resort in
Playacar at no charge, or can pay a small amount and have the benefits
of an all-inclusive resort, but with the additional benefit of having
a home all to yourself.
We initially built this home to provide guesthouse facilities for
visiting missionaries and various church groups attending the local
church Iglesia Alfa y Omega in Playa del Carmen. We invite you to
enjoy it as well.
Nearby Attractions
Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from Cancun airport and is
ideally located for exploring the Riviera Maya. Take day trips to
Cozumel Island for fantastic reef diving and snorkeling, visit nearby
ruins of Tulum and Chichen Itza, enjoy biking, fishing, wildlife
viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, boating,
windsurfing, the local aviary sanctuary and more!
