 Amid
a tropical Caribbean climate, spectacular natural beauty and Mayan
culture, Villa Allende inspires relaxation, tranquility and a feast
of the senses. Located in the exclusive gated resort community of
Playacar Phase II (40 minutes south of Cancun airport), Villa Allende
is an exquisite hideaway for only the most discriminating guests.
The regions sun-drenched ambiance is reflected in the Villa's simple
yet elegant Mexican Colonial design.
Fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans throughout the house,
Villa Allende has all the amenities necessary to make you feel at
home including satellite TV, VCR, stereo and DVD player. The living
room is furnished in rattan from Guadalajara with sofa, loveseat,
coffee table and end tables. The dining set seats 8 and is also
rattan from Guadalajara. Kitchen is fully equipped. Four bedrooms
sleep a total of 10 guests and each upstairs bedroom has a fabulous
view of the beautiful garden, pool and golf course.
Not only is Villa Allende is located on Hole One of the Championship
Von Hagge Golf Course and a short walk to the Golf Club House, but
it also only about 100 yards away from the oceanfront Reef All-Inclusive
Resort and a 15 minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen and the
famed Fifth Avenue pedestrian walkway.
Guests of Villa Allende may use the Playacar VIP card giving you
free access to the owner's beach club at the Reef Club Resort's
pool, lounge chairs and beach area. You may also choose to pay for
the half or full day pass for a discounted fee. This pass entitles
you to all meals, snacks, beverages, non-motor water sports activities,
gym, pool activities and a special supervised play area for children.
The nighttime pass also includes the nightly show and entrance to
the resort disco. Nearby activities include swimming pool, golf,
tennis, beach, scuba, snorkeling, shopping and more! Nearby Attractions
