Description
Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan and this describes
these condos perfectly. This privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
condo built in Mediterranean style is just 1/2 block from the ocean
and has a roof top deck open for all condo residents and guests.
Enjoy your margarita as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle
on the horizon, or get together with your friends and family while
you barbecue from the grill located on the rooftop with it's fantastic
ocean view.
The impressive landscaping around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes
full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural rock
pathways wind around under the shade of palm trees and lead to the
large 19 x 4 meter swimming pool. At night, strategically placed
lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special
intimate feeling not usually found in a condominium setting. Condominium del Arbol means "tree house" in Spanish, and we've named
it just that for a reason. Unique from the other condos at Natz
Ti Ha, Condominium del Arbol has a terrace nestled among the native plants
and flowers which gives you the feeling of being in your own tropical
tree house.
 The
Natz Ti Ha community is just behind the five star Shangri La Hotel.
The Shangri La Hotel is an upscale hotel with attractive thatched
palapa roofs peeking out of the palms and is located on the best
stretch of beach in Playa del Carmen. The hotel has a popular breakfast
buffet, bar, and 2 restaurants. Divers will enjoy the convenience
of the Shangri La Hotel dive shop, which runs daily scuba diving
trips to the tropical reef running along Mexico's Caribbean coastline.
At Condominium del Arbol, you'll enjoy the luxuries of a privately owned
condo located just 1/2 block from the cool, white sand of the Caribbean

reached via the ferry that only takes 45 minutes from Playa del

We'd like to let you know we had a delightful stay at Condominium del Arbol a week ago. We hope to return again some day and you can be
sure we'll check the availability of Natzi Ha Condos first.
Condominium del Arbol was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated,
durably designed, and perfect for a beach area with sand and high
humidity. The retractable balcony door panels were a pleasant surprise,
allowing cool breezes to flow through the unit each morning. The
individual room air conditioners were very nice for the evenings,
and the large pool was a big hit with everyone. The best part was
perhaps the people we met, both owners and renters. They were all
friendly, helpful, and interesting!

I loved the location; less than 2 minutes to walk to the BEST (and
I scouted it out, it IS the best)beach in Playa del Carmen. Shangri
La Hotel staff didn't seem to mind that we took shortcuts through
their property to get to the beach every day although their staff
would not let us use their beach chairs. No big deal, just took
our own beach blanket. Our kids also made frequent use of the Shangri
La pool table and ping pong tables.
Since our stay was so long (3 weeks) it was great to have our own
washer/dryer in the condo, especially with the 2 kids. I loved the
balcony. We were on the second floor and no one could view us from
there. If we wanted to tan naked, no one would know. It was very
peaceful and sheltered. We sat out there in the wind and the odd
rain shower, and never felt a thing. (although the mosquitoes had
a snack on us one evening - our fault for not using bug dope)
It was a mere 10 minute walk to the downtown action (15 if you
took your time) The perfect distance for walking off that big dinner.
After this experience, we will never stay in another hotel again.

DID FEEL LIKE WE WERE IN OUR OWN LITTLE TREEHOUSE AND NOT IN A CONDO.
THE CONDO WAS SO UNIQUE WITH THINGS LIKE THE JAGUAR HEADBOARD IN
THE MASTER BEDROOM AND OTHER TOUCHES YOU DON'T NORMALLY FIND IN
A CONDO FOR RENTAL. YOU CAN TELL THE OWNER ENJOYS THIS CARRIBEAN
HOME AWAY FROM HOME. JUST PERFECT FOR US....GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL
BEACH AREA AND SIMPLE BUT WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THANKS AGAIN
AND OUR APPRECATION GOES TO THE PLAYA BEACH RENTALS STAFF TOO. WE'LL
