Description
Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan and this describes
these condos perfectly. This privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
condo built in Mediterranean style is just 1/2 block from the ocean
and has a roof top deck open for all condo residents and guests.
Enjoy your margarita as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle
on the horizon, or get together with your friends and family while
you barbecue from the grill located on the rooftop with it's fantastic
ocean view.
The impressive landscaping around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes
full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural rock
pathways wind around under the shade of palm trees and lead to the
large 19 x 4 meter swimming pool. At night, strategically placed
lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special
intimate feeling not usually found in a condominium setting. Condominium del Arbol means "tree house" in Spanish, and we've named
it just that for a reason. Unique from the other condos at Natz
Ti Ha, Condominium del Arbol II has a terrace nestled among the native
plants and flowers which gives you the feeling of being in your

Natz Ti Ha community is just behind the five star Shangri La Hotel.
The Shangri La Hotel is an upscale hotel with attractive thatched
palapa roofs peeking out of the palms and is located on the best
stretch of beach in Playa del Carmen. The hotel has a popular breakfast
buffet, bar, and 2 restaurants. Divers will enjoy the convenience
of the Shangri La Hotel dive shop, which runs daily scuba diving
trips to the tropical reef running along Mexico's Caribbean coastline.

Just a note to say that we loved our stay at Condo Del Arbol! The unit was even nicer than we anticipated. My daughter made great use of the pool and the beach so close by was awesome. The staff (of Playa Beach Rentals) were very kind and friendly too. I was impressed that both you and Julio dropped by so often. I'm sure that gives your owners great peace of mind and you did it without making us feel that you were 'spying' on us.
