4 bedroom home is located in the private luxury community called
Playacar Phase II and is situated on the 14th hole of the famous
Von Hagge Championship Golf Course. Just a 10 minute drive to pristine
beaches and downtown Playa del Carmen, Casa Buena Vida is a perfect
spot for your family reunion or that special getaway for a small
group of friends.
Buena Vida is not only wonderfully decorated with traditional Mexican
furniture and an excellent collection of paintings done by a local
artist, it boasts of a fully equipped kitchen which has all the
modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine,
juicer and more, as well as 2 entertainment rooms. One family entertainment
room is located downstairs with a fabulous view of the beautiful
swimming pool and garden while still another is located off of the
Master Bedroom upstairs.
 Located
on the first floor is the kitchen/dining area, two guest bedrooms,
family entertainment room and a bar which starts indoors and joins
with the pool and outdoor area. A winding staircase leads upstairs
where you will find another guest bedroom and the Master Bedroom
Suite which includes an ample bath area with Jacuzzi overlooking
the pool and garden, the private entertainment room and a terrace
with it’s own entrance and direct access to the pool.
