Condominium Chango is one of the newer of the Chac Ha Condominiums. This 1500 square foot, luxury condominium overlooks two lakes and Hole One of the championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge. Condominium Chango is ideally located and you will find that much is within walking distance. Directly across the street is the ocean front Reef Club resort, where guests may use the condo’s VIP card to purchase discounted half or full day all-inclusive food, drink, and activity packages. The golf lover will be happy to know that the golf clubhouse is only a two minute walk away! While Dad is golfing, Mom & kids can enjoy the new shopping area known as Plaza Playacar. Less than a 5 minute walk away, Plaza Playacar has much to offer including: many wonderful shops which sell a myriad of things such as clothing, jewelry and Mexican crafts: other stores such as a pharmacy, a bank, a beauty shop with spa services, internet coffee café, snack shop and more. Downtown Playa del Carmen is also nearby. For the walking enthusiast, it is an easy 10-15 minute stroll or just 5 minutes by car for those who prefer little or no exercise!

Amenities include cable TV, VCR in the guest bedroom with movies for all ages, and washer & dryer. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room area and balcony overlook the enormous Chac Ha pool and landscaped gardens.

Hello Playa Beach Rentals!
We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Condo Chango! It was perfect for our family of 5 (the trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom was great!).
There were virtually no other guests in the condo complex and so after our day at the beach or out exploring, our kids loved coming "home" to our own personal pool!
Great 1st time experience for our kids and we'll certainly consider Condo Chango on our next Riviera Maya trip.
