House Description
Villa Estrella is a spacious three bedroom, three and a half
private home located in the resort development of Playacar. The
home overlooks the third tee of the golf course and is right around
the corner from the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. It is a
three-minute walk past Mayan ruins to downtown Playa Del Carmen,
the ferry to Cozumel, and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Villa Estrella has been professionally decorated
and is well appointed with all of the desired amenities such as
a 27” television with the Dish Network, CD player, large outdoor
patio with gas grill, washer and dryer, private balcony off of the
 master
bedroom, maid service, and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms
have a private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The
second floor guest room has a queen size, custom-made bed and the
first floor room has a full sized bed. There is also a sofabed in
the second floor sitting area.
As an added bonus for our guests, we make available
our discounted all-inclusive privileges at the Reef Club Hotel.
Using our Playacar VIP card, you have access to free beach towels
and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day/full day all-inclusive
package with discount. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and
beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and
pool activities!

The woman that replaced Lucy (the maid), and I'm very sorry that I can't remember her name, was excellent. The villa was in great shape after she had finished her rounds.

The accommodations were very comfortable, the house was beautiful
as were the grounds and the swimming pool. We didn't really spend
a lot of time at home however, because we were either at the beach,
in town, or sightseeing most of the time. The location was terrific
and within walking distance to everything. We used the beach privileges
at the Reef Club which was very nice as well as the pool there.
We had a wonderful time, even got used to the heat and humidity!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in the great Villa Estrellas.
We really can not think of one thing we needed that we did not
have. The maid service Lucia was excellent.
Having the grill was great since we brought some steaks and chicken
from the states. It was very convenient to the ferry and 5th Ave.
(downtown pedestrian walkway) where we found some great restaurants
and shops. We had our friend Helen come in and give us all a massage.
She lives in Playa. massaged@hotmail.com. The beach was great and
I hope we can return soon. See you again.
