Villa Flamboyan is a beautiful, two-story, four bedroom villa with an outstanding view of the Caribbean. Located in the private Playacar Phase I residential community of Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the entire villa is brand new and done in typical Mexican colors and style. Villa Flamboyan has an added feature seldom found in other rental homes. It can be booked at certain times of the year as a three bedroom!
The main entryway is actually on the second level. Your senses will be immediately drawn to the ocean view and tropical breeze entering through the sliding glass doorways. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining room and living room all open to the expansive balcony from which you can view the ocean, as well as the private swimming pool and garden. The living room has a satellite TV with DVD and stereo, and there is a selection of movies and books for your entertainment. Also on this second level you'll find a lovely half bath with a unique natural shell countertop.
Barbeque in Style...
Imagine, barbecuing in luxury on the 2nd floor balcony over looking the Caribbean; while in the company of family and friends. The large balcony is complete with a top of the line stainless steel gas BBQ grill, built into a tiled counter top with an outside sink. Outdoor dining does not get better than this! Enjoy this wonderful area under the shade of the partly covered patio or climb the "caracol" stairwell to the rooftop solarium which has an even more impressive view!
Great for Large Families and Groups...
This splendid home is well suited for families or groups of up to 10 persons. Downstairs on the main level you will find the large Master bedroom with private bath and sliding doors which lead directly to the garden and pool area. Two of the guest bedrooms share a full bath and each of these also have a private exit leading to the patio and pool. Plenty of patio furniture surrounds the pool for maximum comfort and enjoyment. A unique feature of Villa Flamboyan is the roomy studio bedroom which not only has a private entrance, but which may be rented separately during certain months
 Additional Amenities Include...
Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house, and washer/dryer. Linens, beach and bath towels are provided, as well as cleaning services three times weekly.

Villa Flamboyan is the ideal vacation home. The home sits on a wonderful lot just south of the exclusive Fishermen's Village Condominiums and the ocean is just 100 feet away. Not only is the villa just steps away from the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean, but it is also an easy stroll to charming Playa del Carmen where you'll find fun bars, great shopping and fabulous restaurants offering international cuisine as well as the typical Mexican dishes.

Villa Flamboyan is almost on the beach, yet without the high beachfront prices. It is located next to several other ocean view and ocean front homes that we represent which makes it a fantastic choice for extra large groups!

Our stay at Villa Flamboyan was perfect. The house is beautiful, well laid out and well stocked with all the ammenities one needs. I was sure we would eat out every evening but we could not pass up the use of the great ss barbeque and ate some amazing meals on the 2nd floor deck watching the ocean.
This was our second trip to Playa with our 4 kids and once again we were more than pleased with the service provided by the excellent staff of Playa Beach Rentals, especially Sergio who was only a phone call away on several occasions.
We were only home 6 hours and we were already checking things out for next year!
