 Casa
Flamingo is a second row oceanview, two bedroom, two bath vacation
rental villa with patios adjacent to a Mayan Ruin, a tropical jungle,
an enchanting swimming pool and a crystal white beach. The unit
sleeps 5, has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining and living area
with plenty of lounging furniture, maid, lots of books on Mayan
history, purified water, electric in US voltage, and central air
conditioning throughout.
Each room has an overhead fan and French
doors leading onto a porch or verandah. There is a queen bed in
the master bedroom, and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom For a 5th
person, please ask. The furniture is mahogany and rattan all with
a traditional Mexican flavor. Separately, blow up air cushion mattresses
are available for extra kids and teenagers.
 All
of the "basics" are supplied: linens, blankets and towels, all bathroom
articles, all kitchen necessities, all eating condiments. Appliances
include a washer and dryer, an orange juicer, a coffee maker and
a blender. For those who must see sports events or if you are a
stock market or news junkie, the Casa does have US broadcast satellite
direct TV. Our bilingual management staff is always ready to meet
any of your needs, provide any assistance and answer any of your
questions.
Nearby Attractions
Cancun, Cozumel, Xcaret, Puerto Aventuras, Paamul, Akumal, Xel-Ha,
and the ruins of Tulum. Walking distance to Playa del Carmen which
has everything you could need for your vacation, including international
restaurants, dive shops, shopping and tours.

lease also pass on to Gloria Kelso how much we enjoyed staying in her house. It is gorgeous. We loved the location, close to town, to which we walked many times and so close to the beach. We found our accomodations excellent. We lacked for nothing. The swimming pool right out the front door absolutely spoiled us. It was so nice to go for a dip any time we wanted to. Senor Able (house manager) was most pleasant and helpful as was the maid. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Just to let you know how pleased we were with our recent trip to
Playacar. When we arrived the key was waiting at the gate house,
and the house was spotless and inviting. Thank you for the bottle
of wine as well! What hooked us on Playacar was a previous trip
to an all inclusive, but after staying in a house, we would never
go back to those large resorts. This was so much more peaceful and
relaxing, and not being at a resort encouraged us to try various
restaurants in Playa del Carmen at night. Thank you for handling
our reservation so well.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at Casa Flamingo ... who wouldn't ??
It's a beautiful house, especially the bathrooms ...and this pool
...delicious!!!
The kids spent most of their time in the water . It was also great
to be surrounded by this green lawn, the flowers, the palms and
the sea was so near!!! It was perfect . We also enjoyed the surroundings
and had a great time visiting Cabo and Tulum We followed the owner's
advice from the info letter and discovered blissful places thanks
to her.
We'll definately keep in touch with you at PLAYA BEACH RENTALS
for other vacations .

Casa Flamingo was delightful. I loved the rustic Mexican look, the
open living -dining- kitchen, the 2 beautiful bathrooms, the pretty
vegetation and the pool.. Very quiet street. I am recommending it
to my friend with 2 young children. My adult children were very
happy in the hammock, and going to Xel Ha and Tulum. We ate every
night in Playa. They loved the Argentine meat place (La Parilla
Argentina on 5th Ave...say hello to Manolo, the owner) and I loved
the atmosphere. What particularly pleased my husband was the fact
that we didn´t have to go out and buy salt etc. And I loved
the washing machine and drier for the towels from ..THEIR EXPEDITIONS.
We meet up every Christmas and this was the best. Thanks for use
of the video and the CD player.
