Description
Condominium Katie is one of the newest of the privately owned 2 bedroom,
2 bathroom condos built in Mediterranean style. Just 1/2 block from
the ocean, these condos have a fabulous roof top deck open for all
condo residents and guests. Enjoy your margarita as you watch the
lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon, or get together with your
friends and family while you barbecue from the grill located on
the rooftop with it's fantastic ocean view.
The impressive landscaping around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes
full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural rock
pathways wind around under the shade of palm trees and lead to the
large 19 x 4 meter swimming pool. At night, strategically placed
lighting highlights the lush garden and pool area giving it a special
intimate feeling not usually found in a condominium setting. Condominium Katie overlooks one of the winding creeks and gives one a peaceful,
harmonious feeling.
It is a second level unit with an ocean view from one of the bedrooms
and a great view of Shangri La Hotel (a five star resort) from the
living room. The Condo has doublewide sliding windows in the living
room area that open  up
to absorb the magnificent Caribbean ocean breeze. The Condo's spacious
size definitely removes anyone's feeling of confinement. The back
bedroom has two twin beds and the front bedroom has a king size
bed. The Natz Ti Ha community is just behind the Shangri La Hotel
which is an upscale hotel with attractive thatched palapa roofs
peeking out of the palms and located on the best stretch of beach
in Playa del Carmen. Divers will enjoy the convenience of the Shangri
La Hotel dive shop, which runs daily scuba diving trips to the tropical
reef running along Mexico's Caribbean coastline.
At Condominium Katie, you'll enjoy the luxuries of a privately owned
condo with air conditioning, ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen,
satellite TV and more. It is ideally located just 1/2 block from
the cool, white sand of the Caribbean and just north of the popular
"5th Avenue" pedestrian walkway, as well as within walking
distance to the newest area of downtown where you can choose from

Condominium Katie can be rented separately or together with Condominium del Arbol II and Condominium del Arbol II
for larger groups.

Ti Ha Condominiums. Day trips can be made to the Mayan ruins at
Coba and Tulum, ecoparks Xcaret and Xel Ha, or the deserted beaches
to the south. A day of diving and shopping in Cozumel can be easily
reached via the ferry that only takes 45 minutes from Playa del
Carmen.
