away in the jungle while it is actually located on a private gated
street in Playacar Phase 2. Ideal for long or short term rental,
Casa Martin is part of the Club Real section of Playacar which has
2 large pools and 2 tennis courts for homeowners and their guests.
It is a private street with 3 cul-de-sacs and therefore no through
traffic.
While Casa Martin is about 10 minutes from the beach, it also boasts
a VIP card for use at the Reef Club Beach Resort. This card entitles
you to our discounted all inclusive privileges including unlimited
meals, snacks, beverages and alcoholic drinks plus use of the on
site gym, pool activities and all non-motor water sports activities.
There is also a kid's area which has adult supervision, so you can
relax on the beach while your children are busy with their own activities!
For a 30%discount on half day/full day, you can enjoy these all
inclusive privileges There is no charge for use of the beach lounge
chairs or beach towels.
