Condo Description
 This
new 2 bedroom/2 bath first floor condo is located in the exclusive
gated community of Playacar and is situated directly on the 1st
tee of the championship 18 hole Playacar golf course which was designed
by Robert Von Hagge, and is only a 3 minute walk to the Golf Club
House. It is approximately 1500 square feet with marble floors throughout,
as well as with marble finishes in each bathroom. Condominium Paraiso
is fully air conditioned and well equipped for all your needs.
There are 2 sliding glass doors that open directly on to the patio,
large pool and golf course from the large living/dining room. There
are great views of the golf course and swimming pool from every
room.
It is beautifully decorated with tropical, handmade rattan furniture
and sleeps up to four. The beautiful, pristine Playacar Beach is
only a few hundred yards from the condo, with access through the
Reef Beach Resort, only 45 feet directly across the street from
the condo’s front door! As our guests, you are entitled to
the use of our VIP Card which includes many of the Reef Club's amenities.
With the VIP card, you may enjoy for free the Reef’s beach
area and lounge chairs or opt for the half or full day passes
at a greatly discounted rate. These passes allow you to enjoy the
all-inclusive aspect the Reef Resort offers... beach lounge
chairs, towels, meals, snacks, drinks, non-motor water sports and
more!
 This
vacation rental condo may be combined with other Chac Ha condos
such as Condominium Vela and Condominium Christine for larger groups.
Nearby Attractions
Scuba diving locally, as well as on the famous nearby reefs of
Cozumel Island which is just a 30 minute ferry from the Playa del
Carmen dock, snorkeling, sailing and fishing trips are available.
Playa del Carmen is centrally located for 1/2 or full day trips.
It is only a short bus ride to the eco-parks such as Xcaret (swim
with the dolphins), Xel-Ha and Tres Rios. The Mayan ruins of Tulum,
Chichen Itza and Coba are nearby for your exploration. Condominium Paraiso
is a only 5 minute drive from downtown Playa del Carmen where the
popular pedestrian walkway called 5th Avenue is located. Our 5th
Avenue is where you can take advantage of the dozens of excellent
restaurants, shopping, night clubs and people watching- always an
