this home is also just a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous white sandy
Playacar Beach and downtown Playa del Carmen.
This fabulous home offers deluxe accommodation for up to 6 people
in it's three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath. Enjoy
cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with it's marble counters
or for an extra charge, you can have a private cook who will even
do the shopping for you! There is maid service included 3 times
a week as well as a poolboy who tends to the freshwater pool and
Jacuzzi on a daily basis.

del Carmen offers not only visible beauty, but also multiple aquatic
activities including diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and kayaking.

Beautiful vaction home very private pool and very well kept. Easy
walk into Playa Del Carmen and the beach. We took a trip Tulum which
was easy 35 min drive away. Brand new supermarket just 5 mins drive.
All the attrations of a very busy resort just 15 mins walk away
from this quite peaceful location. This vaction was very relaxing
for us all. I would definately stay here again!

We stayed at Casa Phillys in March 2002, and were very impressed
with the house and the services provided. All rooms are spacious
and in particular the terraces and pool were beautiful.The house
was well appointed, but the kitchen lacks a dishwasher and some
of the cupboards, doors and other carpentry need attention. Nevertheless,
the house is a comfortable and lovely place to stay, and a convenient
15 minute walk to town and the beach. Both Teresa and Carmen were
very attentive to our needs, and helped make our stay most enjoyable.

Just returned last night from a week at Casa Phyllis...very impressed,
better than expected!! A little difficult to find after dark the
first night but no problems...absolutely beautiful setting. Did
our own shopping at Chedarui Supermarket (fun place), easy to catch
a cab to anywhere. Side trip to Xcaret was simple with about $10
total in cabfare roundtrip and just bought tickets at the gate for
$49 apiece so didn't have to plan in advance.
So roomy! And the furnishings are so nice...most comfortable beds
we've had away from home. Carmen and Theresa are most helpful, maid
was great, grounds were very well kept the whole time.
Looking forward to going back!!
