House Description
 This
elegant privately owned vacation rental home located in the exclusive
Playacar Phase I community is surrounded by it's own tropical garden
and is just steps from the white sandy Caribbean beach. The moment
you walk through the front door of Villa El Regalo into the cozy
vestibule you feel welcome.
On the first level are three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms
have 1 Queen bed and a set of bunk beds and 1 bedroom has 2 Queen
beds. On the 2nd level you'll find the roomy living room with TV,
video library and children's games,, the dining and kitchen area,
a full bathroom and an additional bedroom with 2 Queen beds. Continue
to the 3rd floor where you'll see the roomy terrace and curving
steps take you to another sunning area with lounge chairs.
Enjoy the day relaxing by the ocean or take a short walk to the
ferry dock –just a 35-minute ferry ride to world renowned diving
reefs of Cozumel Island. Take a stroll to Playa del Carmen's pedestrian
walkway known as the Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) and discover fine
dining, shopping and a bit later in the evening, an interesting
and exciting nightlife. Nearby Playa del Carmen there are Mayan
ruins, the Xaman Ha Aviary, fresh water cenotes,
tennis courts and a championship golf course designed by Robert
Von Hagge. Villa El Regalo is what it's name implies…a true
gift. Nearby Attractions
Xaman-ha Aviary, cenotes, Mayan ruins, jungle tours, golf course,
beautiful beaches, great dive spots, and short walk to downtown
Playa del Carmen, full of great shopping and fabulous restaurants.
For people interested in scuba diving Villa El Regalo recommends
Martin Duran, divemaster par excellence. He prepared the owner's
9 and 10 year old grandchildren, familiarized them with the requirements
and equipment of scuba diving and took them on a one-on-one basis
dive to a depth of 15 feet. They have great faith in Martin.
