 Inviting,
crystal clear Caribbean waters and powder white sand fringe Playa
del Secreto, the most beautiful beach in the Riviera Maya. The beach
stretches over a mile along the blue ocean, with only a dozen upscale
homes dotted along the water's edge. Wild mangrove and freshwater
pools attract beautiful birds, and healthy reef is home to spectacular
tropical Caribbean sea life.
Playa del Secreto, located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen,
is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing vacation away from the
crowds. Spend some private time swimming, or just lazing around
on the sunny private beach area. Relax in your hammock underneath
the palapa where the 3,800 square meter tropical garden with flowers
and bananas is the perfect frame for the villas.
Both villas are very comfortable. Each
is fully equipped, has air conditioning, pool or ocean view, private
balcony with hammocks, and terrace.
You can go to Puerto Morelos (just 5 minute drive away) for dinner
or you can order in from several of the restaurants there that deliver
to our area. If fish is your desire, you can always go to the local
fisherman wharf in Puerto Morelos and buy the catch of the day and
come home and BBQ it. Playa del Carmen and Cancun have literally
hundreds of restaurants and shops to chose from. Nearby Attractions
- Chichen-Itza: By far the most famous remnant of the great Maya
civilization.
- Tulum: This ancient city overlooks the Caribbean coast.
- Xel-Ha Eco park: One of the most beautiful eco-parks with a
natural aquarium and lush tropical trails and floating rivers.
- Xcaret Eco park: Also a natural paradise with a pristine natural
lagoon and unique underground rivers.
- Swimming with dolphins programs is available in both eco parks.
- Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve: Outstanding array of flora and
fauna
This area of the Peninsula of Yucatan is also famous for their
fresh water caverns, called "cenotes", believed by the
Mayans to be sacred and healing waters. There are several "cenotes"
nearby where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive. Besides visiting
nearby ruins and ecoparks, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving,
activities in which you can participate include horseback riding,
