 Villa Van Loon is a lovely 2 story villa with ocean view. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of Villas Arqueologicas.
The Villas Arqueologicas are a complex of only 10 units built in a unique rustic style with typical Mexican design and colors. They are located in the private Phase I section of Playacar and are only a one minute walk to the ocean. These unique villas overlook remnants of Mayan Ruins and are surrounded by a lush, tropical garden. Ideally located less than 2 blocks from downtown Playa del Carmen, all of the units are fully furnished and most have air condition in bedroom areas. These one to three bedroom units all have French doors leading to private terraces or balconies. The fabulous garden is amply sized and includes a large pool and outdoor BBQ for guests. The gentle breezes and turquoise waters of the Caribbean complete the ambiance of this awesome paradise. Individually owned, each of the Villas Arqueologicas units varies in bedding, rates and decorative style.

Xaman-ha Aviary, fresh water cenotes, Mayan ruins, jungle tours, golf course, tennis court, beautiful beaches, great dive spots, fishing, snorkeling, water sports, sky diving. Cozumel Island is just a 40 minute ferry ride away and downtown Playa del Carmen is only a short walk where you will find a myriad of full of great shopping, cool cafes, bars and fabulous restaurants.
