Condo Description
This 1500 square foot luxury condominium is located in Playacar,
an exclusive gated community in the Caribbean town of Playa del
Carmen. The rental condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
and is decorated throughout with marble finishes.

resorts of Gala Royal Hotel, Iberostar Hotel, Riu Yucatan Hotel,
Riu Palace Hotel, Royal Hideaway Hotel and Reef Club Resort to name
a few, yet offers the seclusion, luxury and space that can't be
duplicated.
Condominium Vela is just 45 feet from Chac Ha Condominium's beach/hotel resort Reef Club which is located on the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. You may purchase a half day or full day pass which entitles you to access the Reef Club Resort's pools, beach towels and lounge chairs, all meals, snacks and beverages, all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities plus a special play area for children.
Condominium Vela is not only located just steps from the beach/hotel
resort, but the condo complex also sits by the first hole of Playacar's
exclusive golf course. This championship 18 hole Robert Von Hagge
golf course is carved through the lush Mayan jungle and has a practice
tee and putting green. Rental golf clubs are available and golf
club storage is available for a fee.
Adjacent to a large swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden
areas, this luxury rental condominium has a fantastic view of the
golf course from the terrace. It has air conditioning throughout,
a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, master bedroom with
bath, guest room, a second full bath and laundry room.
For the enjoyment of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside
the condominium; however, the large terrace provides a great location
to smoke outside while enjoying the beautiful view of the pool and
golf course.
This vacation rental condominium can be combined with Condominium Equimex or Condominium Salinas for larger
groups.
Nearby Attractions
The rental condominium is within 15 minutes walking distance to
downtown Playa del Carmen (or a 2 minute taxi ride) and the pier
to Cozumel Island. Both Playa del Carmen and Cozumel have spectacular
SCUBA diving on world class reefs or in natural cenotes which include
cave diving for the professional.
Take advantage of the dozens of excellent and inexpensive restaurants
and bars on Playa del Carmen's popular Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue)
-- always an adventure in itself! After spending the day enjoying
Playa del Carmen's gorgeous white sandy beaches, you can spend hours
eating, drinking, listening to music and people watching.
Need a little more adventure? Trek the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum,
Chichen Itza and Coba, take a jungle tour on horseback, visit the
ecoparks of Xel Ha and Xcaret. All these adventures and many more

This will be the 4th. year in a row that we have stayed in this condo! We have been very happy with the accommodations, the service, and location. We have a 15 year old daughter and she loves the being able to participate in all the activaties at the Reef Club. We have recommended Playa Beach Rentals company to relatives and friends, they were all very satisfied with their accommodations and service!

Wow, the condo truely exceeded our expectations. We vacationed with our 4 kids and were very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities at Chac-Ha. We spend many days at the beach and then would return to the quiet, shaded pool and would finish our afternoon off there away from the crowds and noise. It could not have been more perfect. The staff at PlayaBeach Rentals are friendly and efficient and I am already recommending them to all our friends. Thanks.

Condominium Vela was wonderful. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Just
what we needed. Tereasa (of Playa Beach Rentals)was always available
and very helpful. Pool was nice too. Walking to the Reef Club was
a bonus. Nice beach and pool area there as well. Just wish we had
more time!

Condominium Vela exceeded our expectations in every way. We thoroughly
enjoyed the all amenities it had to offer--the kitchen, the terrace,
the furnishings, and all that space. The pool was a wonderful alternative
to the beach and very well kept. The privacy offered by the condo
was just what we were seeking. The maid service was exceptional
and we really appreciated the notebook with many suggestions about
where to dine and what to do. This condo provided the setting for
a most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Just a week and a half back
home and my wife is already asking how soon we can return!

What a beautiful place. We very much enjoyed the simple elegance
of Condominium Vela. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed.
The property management team (of Playa Beach Rentals) went out of
their way to make sure we were taken care of.

My family and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in the middle
of paradise. The condo was the best I have ever stayed in. It's
complete and attractive interiors (local style, fully equipped kitchen,
leather interiors in living room, nice and colorful linen). My only
question was ?! ...what the full stereo and video good for ?....
as there was already TOO much to do outside to see everything (all
watersports, sight seeings like the famous Mayan pyramids and the
nice city of Playa del Carmen). I also want to thank again Isabel
(Playa Beach Rentals assistant) who took care about us and the condo,
as well as she introduced us to the area. It was a little bit sad
that none of us was interested in Golf as we overlooked a part of
the beautiful landscaped 18 hole golf course from our patio. Diving
was one of the best places I have seen in the world and Manuel and
his crew did his best to get us to the nicest places.
