A privately owned apartment, Condominium Watrous also has the benefits
of staying at a luxury hotel. There is a lobby reception area, an
on site restaurant which offers room service, a lobby bar, a large
swimming pool, lounge chairs and hammocks, work out equipment and
more.
The pool is right next to the beach. You can place your lounge
chair next to the cascading water falls , enjoy the swim-up bar,
and a completely separate swimming pool for kids.
From Condominium Watrous, you can stroll along cobblestone paved streets
of the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase I as they wind
delightfully among palm trees and flowers or walk along the ocean
into the quaint town of Playa del Carmen, full of restaurants, delightful

We had a wonderful stay at Condo Watrous and will highly recommend it and we are willing to be used as a reference. Fisherman's Village is a great place to stay and the staff was wonderful. The location of the condo was nice as both patios were just steps from the pool and swim up bar and had views of the beach.
We found that the condo, for the most part, was clean when we arrived (they don't clean under the beds) and in good condition. A housekeeper came in about every other day or every third day (we couldn't tell) which was a nice surprise. We did tip her.
The first night we were there, the water got shut off for several hours to the entire Fisherman's Village but was up and running by 8 a.m. the next day. We were impressed with the amount of effort the staff put in to maintaining the exterior areas and beach.
As I said, we enjoyed the condo and our stay very much. Thank you for the opportunity to rent it. We would rent it again if we go back to Playa del Carmen.
