House Description
 Villa Xaguar is a group of 5 separate Mediterranean-style villas surrounded
by large trees and gardens. There is a delightful pool and a cenote
with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located a 10 minute
walk from town and just 45 meters to the beach. You can walk to
everything!
The One Bedroom Penthouse, for 2 persons only, is on the both
the 2nd and 3rd level of the 4 bedroom villa and is also independent
of the other bedrooms.
It enjoys use of the kitchen, dining room and living room on level
2, as well as the Master Bedroom located on level 3. The Master
Bedroom has a fabulous view of the ocean. You will see spectacular
panoramic views and even Cozumel Island at night while you relax
in your rooftop Jacuzzi! Nearby Attractions
Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from Cancun airport and is
ideally located. Take day trips to Cozumel Island for fantastic
reef diving and snorkeling, visit nearby ruins of Tulum and Chichen
Itza, enjoy biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding,
golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, boating, windsurfing, the local
